FAQ: a dead battery 18 months after delivery

Question: I ordered 4 batteries last year. My order is No. OBPxxxxxx. The order was OK. But I have installed them only just now. Now I see that one battery is broken, perhaps is too discharged. What to do?

Answer: We are happy to hear that you ordered goods from GWL successfully. Customers should inspect the goods right after receiving the shipment. Also There is no way back for a dead cell to be restored back to life.
