FAQ: The Changes in Pricing for the Products

Question: I have made an order at your company. We discussed the best pricing to fit my needs. I have paid and confirmed the order. I have received the goods in 3 days after payment. Everything was OK.  However now I look at you web page and see that the price for the product is much lower. The difference is more that 7EUR per piece. I think it is not fair and I request that you compensate me for the difference. Or I stop buying from you for the future. What do you say?

Answer: Thank you for doing business with GWL. We are happy you are satisfied with the goods and the delivery. About the pricing, please check once more the business conditions of the GWL/Power as listed on our web page.

The pricing is provided „as it is“ valid only „here and now“. If you decide to make an order, you confirm you accept the price as it is valid at that moment of time. Following your confirmation the price is fixed and valid for your order.

Due to changes of the exchange rate, also based on the market pricing and the promotion pricing, the price of the product may change. Sometimes it becomes cheaper, sometime is becomes more expensive. This is a natural phenomenon in the life.  We are not able to make any compensation of these differences.

Note: for some larger projects customers may negotiate fixed prices (e.g. in USD), in such case the customer will receive the fixed quote not depending on the price of the product on the web. Please be sure to contact our sales department if you need to work on large projects. See also this FAQ on special projects.
