FAQ: How o assemble a 32 Amp charging solution for J1772?

Using the Simple EVSE components you can easily assemble the 32 Amp charging solution. You need following components:

• EVSE 1.0 
  The EVSE 1.0 contains the basic electronics to assemble the charging solution.

• 230V/32 Amp AC relay 
  To charge up to 32 Amp, you need to have a 32 Amp relay. Purchase a suitable relay from your local electro-components shop.

• J1772-P5-32  - cable with 32Amp rating

The drawing above shows the assembly of the EVSE. If you wish more functions, follow the suggestions to make the assembly of the 32Amp solution into an EVSE WallBox.

Optionally you can make a switch with resistors of various ratings (e.g. 18 Amp, 20 Amp, 25 Amp, 32 Amp).
