I need help: Can you help me inspect my installation?

Question: We are using all components we purchased from your company.  The battery pack 48V using 16 cells, the SBM and the 48V DC contactor.  When the controller is turned on, the whole system cuts off and only strange 7V is measured from the contactor even though the battery has 48v. We spent a lot of time checking everything, but we cannot find any reason for failure. Can you help us, please?  Can you help me inspect the installation? Perhaps you can find some reason where there is a problem.
