FAQ: using the 12V battery with PCM in my project

Question: I am interested in the GWL/Power 12V battery with PCM) for a new project. I wish to know: 1. Can this battery be used in closed box?  2. Does the PCM board include automatic low voltage switch off?  3. Can I connect the charger permanently to this battery?

Answer 1: The battery can be placed in a closed box, like any other battery. There is no special way to handle the installation of this type battery.  However there is one point to keep in mind: In case the PCM inside the battery makes the disconnection, the voltage will drop to “0V” suddenly.  (solution for the charger connection.
