How many solar panels do I need? 

The answer may depend on your location. Perhaps when you are in Italy you may need much less solar panels compared to a location in Sweden or Finland. 

For example: with EVBoiler, you may use 8x 250Wp panels in a middle of Europe (with 1000kWh/m2 radiation). For installation in northern Europe, you may install 8x of 315Wp panels to get the same energy yield.  However in Italy or Spain, you may use just 6x 250Wp panels to get the same energy. 

Additionally in northern locations you may perhaps have extra panels to use in winter, for example 10x 250Wp in winter and 8x 250Wp for summer, with manual connection of the two extra panels.
