FAQ: BMS123 calibration of the current sensor Question: What is the purpose of the screws on the current meter and how to use them? Answer: The two screws at the current sensor are for calibration purposes. You use them only if your current meter of the BMS123 software is showing small positive or negative values even no current is flowing through the circuit. If you are getting “0” reading when there is zero current, everything is OK and there is no need to make the calibration as the currents sensors have been calibrated in the factory. Note, the trim potentiometers are quite sensitive, most often you may just need to adjust the left one, for the fine calibration. | |
