IMAGINARY EXAMPLE

FAQ: I was using your product to charge my car. But there was some problem of your product and my car burnt completely. I want the full compensation and money to buy a new car.

Answer: Please take note that GWL does not carry any liability or responsibility for the possible damage because if the improper function or malfunction of the products we resell. 

We advise all customers to have a proper insurance for your car, garage, workshop or any other place that may be damaged in case of an accident. In case of some accident, the customers need to contact their insurance company to get the compensation for the damage.

We also strongly recommend to work with full human monitoring of the technical products. For example during the charging and discharging process we suggest to be always present to see the status of the operation. 

Also to avoid any risks, we suggest installing all safety measures to avoid risks of fire, over heating, smoke or short circuit. 

NOTE:  this is not a real situation. This is an imaginary situation. GWL has been doing the battery business since 2008 and we have had no customers with a car burnt.  This example is given for customers to realize about the responsibility to make proper insurance and safety measures.
