The reality of the international sea cargo from Asia

From the email letter:

I am sending you this email to apologize and explain for the delay delivery for your April shipment of the goods. The April container of your order, originally scheduled for April 15th, was in fact finished on May 8th and was transported to Shanghai on May 10th, catching shipment May 12th as scheduled.

But after that the forwarder gave us the info, that the ship missed our container and failed to load that container on. Then the shipment was unfortunately deferred to May 21st. 

What is worse, the shipment from Shanghai to Europe was again delayed  until June 8th, due to a delay when the ship stopped at Manila port, as there was anti-China activities in Manila at that time…Well, this was a political factor we can not control at all. I can send you the explanation letter from shipping company. After that this container left for Europe finally on June 14th.

GWL is covering the risks of European customers, who do not have to make any risks with business from Asia.  Goods from GWL is ready in European warehouse and our customers do not need to care about delayed that happened during the shipping from Asia.
