Micro-Inverter –  No Fear of Fire

Standard PV installations have high risk of FIRE due to high voltage. DC 400V to DC 800V – extreme risk of FIRE. Bad contact, poor connection or some other fault may cause sparking and cable overheating. The total power of 3 kW to 5 kW is carried in a single cable string for the DC circuits.

With Micro-Inverter the maximal voltage is DC 50V – no risk of FIRE - the power of max 250W is carried on in the DC circuits.
