Micro-Inverter – More Power from the Sun

Ordinary solar installation with central inverter works with serial strings of many panels. The total power is based on the performance of the whole string.
There is only 1x MPPT (maximal power point tracking) for the whole string. If the performance of the panels differs, the weakest panel will decide the total MPPT of the whole string.

Micro-Inverter gives maximal power from each panel
MPPT is done for every panel. This brings maximal possible power from each single panel. The total performance of the solar installation will increase.

Result 5% to 20% power increase! 

Advantage: it is possible to use solar panels with wide specification tolerance. No need to pay for more expensive panels with identical paramaters.
