CBM1 balancing with wrong current?

Question: I had purchased 48 pc of CBM1 module and i have problem. CBM1 is working but start of balancing is too high. I mesure 3,770v but on your web site says 3,6V. I had tried several boards and the resault is the same - START VOLTAGE of BALANCING is too high.

 

Answer: Too thin wire diameter might be on fault, or mistake in soldering. Please verify the connection. 

 

Result: I had problem with thin wire. Now is everthing ok. Thank you.
