Napájení po UTP

Pro napájení jednotek do 100 m lze použít aktivní POE adaptér, PoE switch a popř. i PoE konvertor nepodporují-li zařízení standard 802.3af. Nad 100 m už je potřeba použít buď mezičlánek, např. switch a další PoE napájení a nebo nejlépe položit spolu s UTP kabelem i kabel na 230V.
