FAQ: The Order Process Timing

Question: I see the stock now is at 0 pcs for the ordered batteries. Does that mean I have to wait until the next delivery?

Answer: Please note that we make the booking of the goods based on the order time. However if the customer with an older  order does not take the goods on time, this older order is canceled and the goods is pased to the following open orders.  

See this example: One customer sends an order for 100 pcs, following that, 5 other customers send orders for 20 pcs each. If the first customer does not pay and get the order in time, his order will be canceled and the 100 pcs will be passed to the following waiting customers. 

This means that even though the free stock is booked for the moment, it is possible that the new orders will be delivered even before the new shipment arrives. 

GWL/Power employees keep checking the goods on daily basis and they will inform the customers about the delivery time or they will notify you, if there is any change in the delivery timing.

Additionally we may have some special stock for extra VIP clients. We may release some of the goods to other customers that require additional preference. The GWL/Power sales employees will give details to such customers.
