What is the progress of the GWL/GreenEye project?

The GWL/GreenEye project is no longer active, because GWL/Team no longer develops it. 

The original idea was that GWL would release some open platform for “bluetooth” remote monitoring for DC systems. However, only later GWL realized that the “bluetooth” protocol was very complicated, fully commercial and could not be released to public for free. 

GWL even received some warning letter from the Bluetooth Special Interest Group (“Bluetooth SIG”) to pay some “blackmail” fee or stop using the BT logo or imagery. That is why GWL changed from “BLUE-TOOTH” to GREEN-EYE. 

At this moment (9/2020) GWL/Team does not plan to develop additional “Bluetooth” or GWL/GreenEye projects.
