The GWL VZV Project – Extreme LFP Forklift Battery - Design

The drawing shows some of the design details for the installation of The GWL VZV Project – Extreme LFP Forklift Battery.

There are two variants with 7P8S configuration (24V 770AH) and 4P8S (24V 440AH) . In order to meet the forklift standards and the certification specifications, the weight of the battery pack, must be kept the same as was the original lead-acid one. 

That is why there are iron plates that serve as an extra weight to be added inside the battery to top-up the weight difference.
