Reversed polarity – always check!

It may seem to be strange, but the cells and batteries may come to you with a reversed polarity.  The photo shows the reversed polarity of the LP12V battery.

This situation shows the need for a constant checking of the products before the first usage and the installation.

GWL/Power honors the warranty and provides a fine, new replacement product in such cases. 

In this case the battery was perfectly working; just the polarity of the case was reversed.
