FAQ: A deeply discharged cell cannot be recharged Question: I have discovered that one or two batteries have 0 volts. We tried to charge your battery with the charger for 10 hours. After 10 hours the voltage is still 0V. Answer: Dear customer: “What can we say? Do you ever read the support articles we publish?” The dead battery is a dead battery. Usually there is no way to charge a dead battery. Also a possibly dead battery will be made fully dead if trying to charge this battery by force. Please read again the support articles: | |
